awesometransfer

awesometransfer

Frustrated at the lack of reliable options for transferring large files quickly over the internet, Niqos Inc. set out to build a powerful, easy to use, browser-to-browser file transfer application. Many protocols either have file size limits, balk at the sight of firewalls and NATs, or transfer files synchronously (the entire file must be uploaded by the sender before the recipient can start downloading). We invite you to give it a try, and hope you take notice of our focus on user experience and attention to detail.

Our work includes information architecture, graphic design, and XHTML/CSS mockups, as well as javascript implementations of a few mathematical algorithms familiar to financial analysis, including normal, exponential, and weighted moving averages.

The Red Hen Spectra project is a platform for both automated and manual identification of chemical spectra. Niqos, Inc. is responsible for the site's design, as well as the graphical display of chemical spectra. We also developed a flexible algorithm that identifies important peaks on a spectrum with over 99% accuracy.

stolenradio

stolenradio

Stolenradio is Niqos Inc's founding vision. It was imagined as a platform for independent musicians to showcase and sell their music. Users would be able to listen to the entire catalog for free, paying only to download songs, and artists would receive 100% of the profit.
